  1. Shy's eye close up at 1 min: we tried doing the red saturation but it looked funny and processing it too much makes the eyes illegible. I'm wondering if whatever is done to Sandra's face at 1:11min would work for Shy's eyes?

Cyn's solo at 3:30min: Cyn asked for Anj's face behind her but I find it distracting. Cyn you didn't like the yeses, but what about the gay gay gays behind you? Or is it a matter of filtering Anj's face a bit more?

    1. Also first credit with title is overlapping in a funny way.

    2. Cyn's solo: Anj's face is bothering me less each time I watch it, but I find Cyn's body has less impact, maybe because its red or small at first? Cyn, your thoughts?

    3. ps. I had suggested to Prum that during Sandra's solo the yes yes yeses and the gay gay gays come together somehow. I'm not sure it's necessary now the way the solo's edited. Any thoughts?

  2. Great work, Prum! The video looks great, and especially Sandra's solo looks much stronger now. I particularly like the moment at 4:16 where it looks like she embraces me with her arms.

The following are all minor thoughts/suggestions -- feel free to take them or leave them!

    1) Is it strange that the first "yes yes yes" appears right when there is a "dropped call" sound, ie at a time of miscommunication?
    2) At the very beginning of Anj's solo (1:54), it's hard to see her face -- I think b/c you've increased the contrast of Shy's face behind her? Since it's the first time we're introduced to her, it might be nice for her face to be clearer. A similar visual confusion (where the layers become mixed up so that it's not clear which is dominant) occurs around 4:39-4:42 in Sandra's solo, though it's not as big of an issue because her face has already been well-established.
    (4) I like that the "gay gay gay" appears in the negative towards the end, and wondered whether the "yes yes yes" might sometimes appear like that too?
    (5) For the ending credits (5:43), the last page (Be part of our process...) is overlapped with the first one.

Regarding Shy's questions about my solo, I don't mind Anj's face behind me. I remember really liking the version Prum did 2 edits ago with Anj's face before he changed it to the "yes yes yes" - but I can't find it online or on any of my external HDs, so I don't know if it's exactly the same as what Prum has now, or not. Anyway, if you want to try filtering it further, or the "gay gay gay," that's fine too. Maybe the fact that Anj's eyes get cut off by the rectangle of my solo is what's potentially distracting? Anyway, to address Shy's point, I do think that my solo becomes less impactful at the moment that it switches into the small red rectangle for a few seconds until it becomes bigger, but this has always been the case, and I think the switch is important to the editing. And I really like the red -- it gives it a seedy eroticized feeling.

  3. Ah, I just found the lost video! Here it is: https://vimeo.com/64419514, "surya". I think I like how Anj's face looks better in this version. When it first switches you can't tell it's her face because it's more zoomed in, which gives my solo more of a chance to establish itself. It's also more focused on her eyes than her whole face, which I like, and for some reason (I think it's an illusion) seems to move more slowly.
